I haven't posted in a while because I haven't been in the best of health. A simple case of gastro lead to the doctors finding out I have diabetes. I feel  fine now, but it is a case of finding the correct dosages of medicine etc...etc...

It's nice to be home!

I've been away in Perth on a course for work and the Internet connection was really tricky and quite frustrating at times. The whole trip was just amazing and I met such fantastic people, too.

Good News and Award

I received some wonderful news today about my Dad. He was diagnosed with cancer at the end of last year and has been through chemotherapy and radiotherapy.
Then there was the waiting.....
Today my Dad was given the all clear !!! Whoo hoo!!!


I was so surprised to get such a wonderful award from such a talented and creative artist.
Thank you so much, Belinda, for nominating me for this award. I feel so honoured.
