Glimmermist and Stamped Backgrounds

I used glimmermist with a stencil to create the backgrounds and a punch from Fat Cat's Card Corner to create the borders. The last ATC has mica flakes on it.
I hope you're having a wonderful Sunday!!

The Last Post Before School Starts Back...

I used the colourwash and stamped techniques for the backgrounds of these ATCs. These holidays have been great, despite the dramatic start. I've enjoyed being able to relax at home, sleep in etc. Well, I suppose I'll have to brush my hair and get out of my pjs before noon tomorrow. Enjoy the rest of your Sunday!

A Mixed Bag...

Can you tell I'm on holidays? I used embossed stamped images and colourwash technique backgrounds on these ATCs. I also used Microscope slides wrapped in Memory Foil by Ranger.
The images are from ItkUpiLLi.
I would love to learn how to solder microscope slides, but unfortunately, I don't have flux or solder. If you know where I can order some, locally or internationally, I'd love some info. Thanks!

Stamped ATCs

Here are some ATCs I made using Cherrypie Art Stamps.

Thanks to Julie for sending me such a beautiful ATC.

I also have to say THANK YOU to my parents for having us stay unexpectedly early. We were due to travel to Perth for the school holidays, but unfortunately, my husband John, developed a swollen knee, suddenly. He had a tiny graze which became inflamed in hours- his knee was like a basketball!! We had to drive to Perth to have a doctor look at it. (We only have a visiting doctor). After the all night drive- which was absolutely exhausting, (15 hours)-and 4 doctor appointments, strong anti-inflammatories and antibiotics, ultra sounds and a drainage, the knee has settled down. John is fine- and thanks to all the wonderful people who offered their kind support, taking over our classes and asking after John's health.
