Back from Perth -again!!

We've just arrived back from Perth- yet again. We were on bereavement leave and it was such a sad time for our family.

Also, my dad is still recovering from his chemo and radiotherapy. The treatment affected his throat so eating is extremely difficult. This is almost a year on from his original treatment.

So sorry for not stopping by your blogs! Right I'm off to check out what you've been up to.

I'm back with an award!

It's nice to be home!

I've been away in Perth on a course for work and the Internet connection was really tricky and quite frustrating at times. The whole trip was just amazing and I met such fantastic people, too.

I would just like to say a huge THANK YOU to Diana!!! Thanks for your friendship and the wonderful comments you've left on my blog. I have met some truly amazing people through blogging. I would love to nominate these fantastic people.

New Journal

I made a new journal this year using my favourite diamond X binding. I made the embellishments on the front using my favourite cuttlebug elements, some sculpy roses and a microscope slide.
