I made this piece this morning. I used a labradorite stone in the middle with some Swarovski pearls and crystals on some vintage chain.

Wired up Dichroic Glass

I was a bit disappointed with the way in which one of my dichro pieces looked wired up, so...I reworked it and I like it much better now.

Wire in the Dichro

I cooked up a translucent piece of glass with a little red dichro in the middle. I then encased it in swirls, adapting a tutorial from Eni Oken.

Wire and Dichro Bling

I cooked up a piece of dichroic glass using a little iridescent piece of glass to back it. I then wired it up using the netting technique I learnt from Eni Oken.

I did a bit of embroidery of Sarah's jeans. You should check out Sarah's Manga (mango-hahaha)  Art- it's fantastic!!!!

Back from Darwin!!

We have just arrived back from a relaxing few days in Darwin! Had a bit of retail therapy and so much fast food. Time for a detox I think.
